We truly cannot say enough good things about Sarah. We worked with her for almost two years, from initially looking at rentals to eventually purchasing our home, and she was incredibly patient with us every step of the way.

We were VERY picky buyers and wanted to be intentional about finding the right home, so there were definitely waves where we would look at houses and then take a break until something caught our attention. No matter how much time had passed, the second we found a house we wanted to see, Sarah was always readily available—usually getting us in that same day or the next day. We never once felt pressured or rushed to buy something just for the sake of buying.

One of the things we appreciated most about Sarah was her honesty. If she saw something she didn't love about a house, she would tell us. Her knowledge of the Dommerich and Maitland area is also incredible. We had so many questions about potential renovations, additions, and what we could realistically do with different properties, and she always either knew the answer or knew exactly who to call. There were even times when we wanted a contractor's opinion before considering a house, and Sarah would arrange for a contractor to come tour the property with us so we could get answers before making a decision.

After spending two years looking at houses together, Sarah genuinely feels more like a family member than our realtor. She got to know exactly what we were looking for, was endlessly patient with us, and ultimately helped us find a home we absolutely love. The saddest part about finally buying our house is that we don't get to see Sarah every week to go tour houses anymore!
