With more than two decades of corporate and sales experience, Michelle Bell brings a thoughtful, strategic and highly personalized approach to real estate. As Licensed Assistant to Jenni Sloan and an active real estate professional, Michelle plays an integral role throughout the transaction process, serving as a trusted connection between clients, agents, attorneys and title partners while helping to ensure every detail is handled with precision and care.
Michelle's real estate experience spans buyers, sellers and investors, with transactions ranging from $12,000 to more than $1.5 million. Known for being accessible, informative and deeply invested in the people she serves, she approaches each transaction with a clear focus on protecting her clients' interests, anticipating their needs and creating a seamless experience from the first conversation through closing.
Originally from Southern California, Michelle has also called Minnesota and North Carolina home before establishing roots in Florida. Her experiences living in different regions of the country, along with personal and professional relationships that extend beyond Florida, give her a unique perspective when working with relocating clients and those navigating major life transitions.
Beyond her work with clients, Michelle is actively engaged in leadership and advocacy within the real estate industry. She currently serves as a 2026 Director for Florida Realtors® and previously served as the 2025 President of the Metro Orlando Association of Realtors, a local chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). Her industry service also includes chairing the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association's Diversity Committee in 2025 and serving on ORRA's Governmental Affairs Committee and the Florida Realtors® Communications Committee in 2024.
